Weatherization

Weatherization Professional Development Program

We are equipping the ever-evolving clean energy workforce with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create healthy buildings and communities through energy efficiency. In collaboration with Earth Forward Group, we are piloting a weathrization workforce development program that aims to increase access to good paying career opportunities, sustain the local weatherization industry, and achieve the residential weatherization goals across the state. Participants will earn industry recognized certifications and technical skills, along with training that allows them to become a trainer themselves and certify the next generation of weatherization workers.
