Keiko Miller
Keiko brings over 25 years of experience in community engagement, public policy,
strategic planning, communication, program development, and project management to
Minneapolis Climate Action. She has worked across public, private, and non-profit
sectors, building relationships to move forward on important issues. Keiko brings a
detail-driven focus to manage and grow MCA’s Community Solar Program, building
partnerships across communities, partners, stakeholders, and subscribers. Keiko has
worked at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Center
for New Democratic Processes, Pinnacle Performance Group, and Native Sun
Community Power Development, as well as numerous board and volunteer roles. Keiko
served as Board Chair for Linden Hills Power & Light, which was the predecessor
organization to MCA, so she has truly come back home! Keiko has a B.S from Trinity
College (CT) and a Masters of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs
(U of MN), with a focus on environmental management and policy. She lives in
Minneapolis with her rescue dog and (nearly) adult children. She enjoys traveling,
hiking, camping, trying new things, and is an avid sports fan.
