Keiko Miller

Keiko brings over 25 years of experience in community engagement, public policy,

strategic planning, communication, program development, and project management to

Minneapolis Climate Action. She has worked across public, private, and non-profit

sectors, building relationships to move forward on important issues. Keiko brings a

detail-driven focus to manage and grow MCA’s Community Solar Program, building

partnerships across communities, partners, stakeholders, and subscribers. Keiko has

worked at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Center

for New Democratic Processes, Pinnacle Performance Group, and Native Sun

Community Power Development, as well as numerous board and volunteer roles. Keiko

served as Board Chair for Linden Hills Power & Light, which was the predecessor

organization to MCA, so she has truly come back home! Keiko has a B.S from Trinity

College (CT) and a Masters of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs

(U of MN), with a focus on environmental management and policy. She lives in

Minneapolis with her rescue dog and (nearly) adult children. She enjoys traveling,

hiking, camping, trying new things, and is an avid sports fan.
